Working Principle
The SFA macerator can discharge the sewage of the equipment into the sewer or septic tank with 22-32mm sewage pipe when gravity drainage is not available or when the equipment is far away from the drainage pipe.
With just one power supply and water inlet, you can install a toilet/bathroom/kitchen/laundry anywhere.
1.When flushing the toilet, the water level inside the macerator rises and the built-in water pump automatically starts.
2. The built-in blade is activated simultaneously, and the dirt is chopped up within a few seconds.
3. Dirt is extracted by the impeller through a pipeline with a diameter of 22-32mm (horizontal or vertical), and the water level drops, causing the impeller to stop working.
4. The device returns to a static state and waits for the next flush to restart.
SFA Mute Technology
The SFA series products are equipped with vibration reduction devices to absorb the noise caused by motor vibration, successfully reducing the noise by 10 decibels. At this point, the noise is extremely low, basically the same as normal environmental noise.
All the tests on noise and the innovation of SFA's unique mute technology are jointly developed by SFA and ALCTRA companies. (ALCTRA company was awarded the "Social Acoustics Award" by the French government in 2001, and their equipment was certified by the French National Laboratory)
